Green Network Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Green Network applications, websites, loyalty services, product verification, rewards, offers, campaigns and related services operated by Green PVL.

1. About Green Network

Green Network supports participants across the construction industries ecosystem. Features may include verification, QR scanning, loyalty, points, reward redemption, campaigns, offers, professional services, business tools and notifications. Availability varies by market, partner, user and version.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the legal age in your country, provide accurate information, use valid authentication details and comply with these terms. Services may be restricted by role, country, campaign or brand criteria.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for accurate details, account updates, credential security and activity through your account. We may restrict accounts where fraudulent, suspicious, abusive or unauthorised activity is detected.

4. Product verification

Recognised codes may return product information or status. Results depend on manufacturer data, correct coding, activation, connectivity and availability. Verification does not replace warranties, regulatory approval or professional inspection.

5. Loyalty points

Brands may award points for eligible purchases, scans, transactions, campaigns or other actions. Values, validity, expiry and eligibility vary between programmes.

6. Nature of points

Unless expressly stated, points have no independent cash value, are not currency or electronic money, cannot be sold or traded, and may expire. Any cash conversion is governed by additional rules and applicable law.

7. Reward redemption

Eligible users may redeem through available partners, vouchers, products, discounts or benefits. Redemption can depend on balance, availability, verification, fraud controls and partner terms. Some completed redemptions cannot be reversed.

8. Participating brands and partners

Participating companies are independent. Green Network does not guarantee continuous partner, reward or product availability, price stability or third-party service quality.

9. Offers and campaigns

Campaigns may have separate dates, geography, eligibility, product, reward and usage rules. Campaign-specific terms may apply where they conflict with these general terms.

10. Prohibited activities

Do not use copied or unauthorised codes, submit false activity, create abusive accounts, transfer accounts, manipulate systems, automate scans, misuse rewards, reverse engineer the application or violate applicable law.

11. Fraud prevention

We may review activity, hold or reverse points, reject transactions, suspend accounts or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, manipulation or rule violations.

12. Intellectual property

Green Network names, logos, software, interfaces, content, databases, designs and technology belong to Green PVL or its licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

13. User content

When you submit documents, invoices, feedback, photos or other material, you confirm it is accurate, lawful and yours to provide. We may remove inappropriate, fraudulent, illegal or misleading content.

14. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, networks, technical issues, partners, security incidents or events outside reasonable control may affect availability.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Green Network and Green PVL are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from interruption, partner failures, unavailable rewards, incorrect user information or negligent credential handling. Mandatory liability is not excluded.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for term violations, suspected fraud, unlawful use, security risks or legal requirements. Users may request deletion subject to applicable retention obligations.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled under the Green Network Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

18. Changes to services and terms

We may update functionality, partners, rewards, campaigns or these terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by laws applicable to the relevant Green Network operating entity and service jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection laws. Local terms may apply.
