Depending on how you use Green Network, we may collect account and profile details, contact information, profession or business activity, product scans, programme and reward activity, device and diagnostic information, permitted location data, camera access for QR scanning, and information supplied to customer support.
2. How we use information
We use information to manage accounts, authenticate users, verify products, support loyalty and rewards, provide campaigns and services, send service notifications, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, improve the platform, generate aggregated insights, and meet legal obligations.
3. Loyalty points and rewards
Points are promotional or loyalty benefits. Unless stated otherwise, they are not deposits, electronic money, investments, or ownership of funds. Availability and value depend on each participating programme.
4. How we share information
We may share necessary information with participating brands, manufacturers, service providers, redemption partners, and authorities where required by law. Providers may process information only to deliver their services and must maintain appropriate safeguards.
5. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse and destruction. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, process transactions and rewards, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, meet contracts and comply with law. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required.
7. Account and data deletion
You may request account deletion through available account settings or support. We will delete or anonymise personal data unless retention is required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or another valid obligation.

We may send account, security, transaction, reward, campaign and promotional messages. Where required, you may opt out of promotional messages while continuing to receive essential service and security communications.
10. Children’s privacy
Green Network is intended for professionals and commercial participants. It is not designed to collect data from children below the applicable legal age. We will remove such information when identified.

Independent third-party services have their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information.
12. International data processing
Green Network operates across multiple Middle Eastern markets. We take reasonable steps to ensure cross-border processing follows applicable data-protection requirements.
